摘要
针对轻薄型回收金属的具体特点,研发了专门用于轻薄型回收金属破碎研究的摆锤式冲击破碎试验机。详细描述了其结构构成和工作过程,并计算得出了相关参数。简要介绍了试验机的测试系统,该系统能够自动完成试验结果分析计算,可直接输出相关试验报告,免去了以往复杂的数据处理过程。
In account of specific features of recycled thin metals,a pendulum-type test crusher has been developed specifically for crushing examination of recycled metal sheet.Gived the details of its configuration and working concept as well as relevant parameters found by calculation.Also presented a brief introduction of the testing system of the testing machine.This system is able to complete analytical calculation for the test results automatically with direct output of associated test report,so that complicated data handling procedures could be ignored.
