摘要
采用故障树分析法对断路器故障进行分析。通过定性分析找到顶事件发生的路径;在定量分析过程中,处理含有不确定因素的底事件时,采用模糊集理论与专家综合判断相结合的方法。利用该方法将专家自然语言通过模糊数学的知识转化为模糊数,再通过左右模糊排序法转换为模糊失效概率。计算了断路器近10年的可靠度和不可靠度值,为断路器的检修工作提供了依据。
Circuit breaker's failures were analyzed by fault tree analysis(FTA).The path of top events was found by qualitative analysis.In dealing with the uncertain events in quantitative analysis,fuzzy set theory and expert judgment were combined.This method could change natural language of experts to fuzzy numbers through fuzzy math knowledge,and then converted it into fuzzy failure probability by about fuzzy ranking method.It calculates the reliability and unreliability of the circuit breaker in 10 years,which provides the basis for maintenance.
