摘要 介绍了以DSP为控制核心的单线圈智能选相永磁机构控制器,用于过分相开关的控制、接收保护或测控设备的指令进行分闸和合闸操作。通过对选相电流、选相电压的采集和分析,可准确计算出电压、电流的频率和过零时刻,能准确预测出下一次分/合闸时间和延时时间,及选择合适的电压电流相位进行自动过分相开关的投切。完成智能选相分/合闸和开关机构实时状态监测及告警闭锁功能,通过USB配置工具进行选相功能的投退和对相关参数进行灵活设置,给出了软硬件设计。 The intelligent phase selection controller for single-coil permanent magnet actuator was introduced,taking DSP as control core,which is used to control phase switch.The instructions of protection or monitoring device were received for breaking and closing operation,the selection phase current and the selection voltage were collected and analyzed which can be used to accurately calculate the frequency and zero-crossing time of voltage and current,accurately to predict the next open and close time,delay time of switch,to select the appropriate voltage and current phase for automatic over-phase switches switching.The brake opening and closing operation of intelligent phase selection,and real-time status monitoring and alarm blocking function of switching mechanism were completed,and on/off selection phase function and the related parameters were set flexibly through the USB configuration tool.The hardware and software designs were given.
