摘要 鼻骨骨折是颌面部的常见外伤,X线平片和常规CT往往不能准确显示骨折及类型、不易区分骨折与正常的细微结构,容易漏诊或误诊。影像技术不断发展,多层螺旋CT为鼻骨骨折的诊断提供了崭新、可靠的检查方法。本文就各种影像检查方法对鼻骨骨折的诊断特点进行综述。 Typically,when applied to examine the fracture of nasal bone that is a common trauma of maxillofacial region,X-ray plain film and conventional CT cannot exhibit the fracture and its type accurately as well as hardly distinguish fracture structure from normal microstructure,which is liable to lead to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.With the ceaseless development of imaging technology,multi-slice spiral CT offers a brand new and dependable examination method to the diagnosis for fracture of nasal bone.Diagnotic features of a variety of imaging examination methods for fracture of nasal bone are summarized in this text.
