高压共轨缝隙式喷油器喷雾特性的仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 在相同流通截面积的条件下,运用AVL-HYDSIM软件计算圆孔式喷嘴燃油的一维流动,并将计算结果作为边界条件,运用AVL-FIRE软件对缝隙式和圆孔式喷嘴的内流场及雾化形态进行了三维仿真计算,并对仿真结果进行对比分析。分析表明:较圆孔式喷嘴,缝隙式喷嘴空穴流强度大,在喷孔出口截面上分布更均匀;缝隙式喷嘴有相对良好的喷雾性能。 Based on the same area of currency,the 1-D fuel flow of the round nozzle was calculated with AVL-HYDSIM.The calculation results were used as boundary conditions,and AVL-FIRE software were used to carry out 3-D simulation on the flow fields and atomization quality of the gaping hole nozzles and the round nozzles.The simulation results are compared and analyzed,which show that the cavitation in gapping nozzle is more intensive than the round one\'s,and is better in uniform distribution of cavitation at the nozzle exit section;the atomization quality in the gapping nozzle is better than the round one.
