谷氨酸发酵生产染菌的原因及对策 被引量:1

摘要 对于谷氨酸发酵生产而言,困扰并严重影响发酵车间效益的最大敌人是染菌问题。只要生产中发酵产酸稳定、没有杂菌污染,一般情况而言,效益是很可观的。所以说,杜绝染菌才能搞好谷氨酸发酵生产。
