摘要
本文通过对电子商务网站断货情况下,消费者的行为研究,揭示了电子商务网站构建中如何增加顾客粘性、提高顾客忠诚度.通过编制和发放问卷,将断货情况下的消费者行为进行了实证研究,为本文的研究成果提供了事实依据,也为现实中的应用提供了可以借鉴的方法.
By studying the customers' response to the shortage in E-business,we proposed some suggestions to improve the customers' stickiness and loyalty while constructing an E-business website.An empirical research about the customers' response in this situation was conducted via redacting and handing out questionnaires,which provide the evidences to the research findings and a practical methodology.
