基于ANSYS的食品制冷机组压缩机隔振体系的动力学分析

摘要 以食品制冷机组压缩机隔振体系为研究对象,采用ANSYS软件对其进行动力学分析,包括模态分析和谐响应分析.通过仿真得到隔振体系的固有频率等参数,从而验证隔振体系设计能成功克服由于受迫振动引起的疲劳、共振等危害.研究结果对食品制冷机组压缩机的隔振设计具有一定参考意义,为大型食品制冷设备的减振降噪研究提供了有价值的实验依据. The dynamics analysis of vibration isolation system for compressor of food refrigerating unit,including Modal analysis and Harmonic analysis,were made by ANSYS software.The parameters such as the natural frequency of the system were obtained,which can be used to verify whether the isolation system design has successfully overcome the fatigue caused by the forced vibration,resonance and other hazards.The results are important for the vibration and isolation design of compressors in food refrigerating unit,and also provide the meaningful basis for the research on vibration and noise reduction in large-scale food refrigerating unit.
