微波注入实验用高隔离度双工器的研究

摘要 微波注入实验要求微波注入电路和效应监测电路的接入不影响正常的电路器件工作状态,同时要求注入电路隔离度足够大。在此设计了一种高隔离度微波双工器0~800MHz和1.4~4.5GHz,两信号通道内插入损耗小于0.2dB;0~400MHz和1.5~4.5GHz两信号通道隔离度大于50dB。这种微带线型双工器结构紧凑、研制周期短、性能稳定已经在微波效应注入实验系统中获得良好的应用。 In the microwave injection experiment the insertion of the microwave injection circuit and the effect inspect circuit is required not to affect the work condition of the electrical devices.The injection circuit is required to have enough isolation.One microwave diplexer with high isolation was designed.Between 0~800 MHz and 1.4~4.5 GHz,the insertion loss of the microwave diplexer is less than 0.2 dB.The isolation between two channels is higher than 50 dB.The microwave diplexer owns the characteristics of compact structure,short developing cycle and steady performance.It works well in microwave effect injection experiment system.
