摘要 无碱表面活性剂加聚合物的二元复合驱油体系能与原油形成超低界面张力,相对于三元复合驱来说,配方中去掉了碱,可以最大限度发挥聚合物的粘弹性,减弱腐蚀、结垢现象。研究了无碱表面活性剂理化性能,在试验区油水条件下,对其进行了配伍性、稳定性、抗剪切性、乳化性、流变性、粘弹性等方面的评价,同时从微观进行了提高采收率驱油机理研究,为二元复合驱体系大规模矿场试验提供依据。二元复合驱室内驱油实验提高采收率13个百分点。 Ultra-low interfacial tensions can be formed between crude oil and the binary compound flooding system, which is non-alkali surfactant added with polymer. Compared with ASP flooding, without alkali in the formula, the visco-elasticity of the polymer can be fully developed, and the phenomena of corrosion and scaling can be reduced. Through the research on physiochemical performance of non-alkali surfactant, the evaluation on compatibility, stability, shearing resistance, emulsibility, rheological behavior and visco-elasticity of oil-water conditions in pilot area has been carried out. Meanwhile, the oil displacement mechanism research on enhancing oil displacement has been conducted from the microscopic aspect, providing guidance for big-scale pilot testing of binary compound flooding system and the laboratory testing results show the recovery is enhanced by 13%.
