摘要
风力发电的输出功率因为风能的随机性而具有波动性和间歇性的特点,并网风电的高渗透率将削弱电力系统中发电功率的可控性.本文研究在风电场中引入一种混合储能装置,通过其充放电功率来平抑风电输出功率的波动.在保证储能装置荷电状态可靠性前提下,采用一种模糊自适应控制策略,优化储能装置的充放电过程控制.通过仿真研究,验证了采用模糊自适应控制的正确性和有效性,仿真结果表明混合储能系统能够有效平滑风力发电系统的并网功率,提高含风电场的电力系统的发电功率的可控性,并延长储能设备的使用寿命.
The output power of the wind turbine generator has the characteristics of volatility and intermittence.The high permeability of wind power will weaken the control performance of the power grids.In this paper,the wind farms based on the energy storage technology suppress the volatility of the wind power through its charging and discharging power.This paper presents a kind of fuzzy adaptive control strategy in order to ensure the energy storage reliability of the state of charge and optimize the charge/discharge process of the equipments.Then simulations have been made on the conditions with the fuzzy adaptive control system,and the result shows that the hybrid energy storage system can effectively streamline the active power of the wind farms in grids and therefore increase the service life of the energy storage system.
