Design of Intelligent Car Washing Control System Based on PLC

针对目前洗车系统的许多问题,以抗干扰能力强、功能强大、性价比高的可编程控制器为核心,设计了一种智能控制洗车系统,主要包括智能洗车系统整体设计、可编程控制器外围线路设计、控制系统的程序设计和洗车废水处理回收系统的设计.实验结果表明,方案设计有效合理,系统工作正常稳定,达到了设计预期标准.

An intelligent car washing control system is designed based on programmable controller(PLC) to solve many problems of the present washing system.The design of the system mainly includes the overall structure,peripheral circuit of programmable controller,program of the control system and treatment and recycling of car washing wastewater.The results of the experiment show that the design scheme is reasonable,the system works stably and the design achieves the expected goal.
