兰溪余粮山柿子软腐病的发病机制研究

摘要 柿子软腐病是近年来兰溪余粮山柿子(Diospyros kaki L.f)种植区发生的一种新的病害,目前该病的发生机理尚不明确.通过柿子病原组织微生物的分离鉴定、杀菌剂的防治试验以及环境因子的模拟污染影响等研究工作,发现不同培养基上未见细菌、放线菌和真菌菌落生长,杀菌剂对该病害无明显防效,但SO2气体可以刺激柿子早熟变软.初步明确了兰溪余粮山柿子软腐病不是由病原菌引起,而是环境因子造成的. A new kind of Diospyros kaki L.f disease-Diospyros kaki soft-blet disease was found recently in the Yuliangshan D.kaki planting areas in Lanxi city.So far the mechanism of this D kaki disease is unclear.In this study,the isolation of pathogenic microorganism,the control of fungicide use and the monitoring of environmental impact on this new D kaki disease were carried out.A preliminary conclusion was drawn that this new Diospyros kaki disease was caused neither by pathogenic microorganism nor physiological factors.The environmental pollution factor was found to have caused the D kaki soft-blet disease.It provides theoretical basis for further study on the mechanism of this new D kaki disease.
