化学共沉淀法合成CoFe_2O_4纳米颗粒及其磁性能 被引量:25

SYNTHESIS OF CoFe_2O_4 NANOPARTICLES BY COPRECIPITATION METHOD AND ITS MAGNETIC PROPERTIES

摘要 用共沉淀法合成磁性CoFe2O4纳米颗粒,并经过不同温度处理后,对合成的样品进行X射线衍射物相分析。用透射电镜观察样品的形貌,测量了样品的颗粒粒径并对其磁学性能进行研究。结果表明:随着热处理温度升高,颗粒长大。经100℃热处理后的颗粒粒径为10-12nm。经700℃热处理后的颗粒尺寸增大为10-40nm。样品的饱和磁化强度和剩余磁化强度也随着热处理温度的升高而增加。 Cobalt ferrite nanoparticles were synthesized by coprecipitation method. After heat treatment at different temperatures, CoFe2O4 samples were studied by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, particle size analysis and magnetic properties test. The results show that the average size increases with the increasing of the heat treatment temperatures. Aparticle size of 10 to 12 nm is obtained after heat treatment at 100 ℃ and 10 to 40 nmat 700 ℃. The saturation magnetizability and remanent magnetizability increase as the heat treatment temperatures increase.
