摘要
通过对滑石纯矿物的浮选实验和动电位的测试,结合水解金属离子溶液化学计算,研究了金属离子对滑石浮选的影响及作用机理。结果显示:在产生金属氢氧化物沉淀之前,由于水解金属离子在滑石表面的吸附对滑石的非极性表面和极性端面产生的不同影响,虽然滑石zeta电位的符号由负变正,但滑石的天然可浮性不变。在金属氢氧化物沉淀的pH值附近和它的零电点之间,滑石的非极性表面变得亲水,导致滑石的浮选受到抑制,此时滑石失去天然疏水性是由于氢氧化物沉淀在滑石的极性和非极性表面并产生多相凝聚。
The influence and mechanism of copper ions and nickel ions on the flotation of talc were investigated by flotation experiments using pure talc, measurements of zeta potential, and calculation of the solution chemistry. The results show that prior to the metal hydroxides precipitation, the different effects of the adsorption of the hydrolyzed metal cations on nonpolar (face) polar (edge) surfaces of talc may cause changes of the zeta potential sign of talc from negative to positive, but the flotation of talc is not changed. The nonpolar hydrophobic surfaces become hydrophilic, and talc flotation is depressed between near the pH of metal hydroxides precipitation and the point-of-zero charge of the metal hydroxides, due to hereto-coagulation of the metal precipitate on both the nonpolar and polar surfaces of talc.
