摘要
在喷射鼓泡反应器中用凹凸棒石粘土溶液吸收脱除柴油机尾气中的碳烟颗粒物、NOx及其它污染物质而使之净化。凹凸棒石粘土吸收液具有胶体特性,可改善碳烟颗粒的润湿性能,并对NO,SO2的氧化具有催化作用,因而对尾气中的碳烟颗粒物、NOx和SO2等污染物具有良好的脱除效果。粘土经稀土改性,可提高NOx的脱除率。在实验条件下,尾气中的碳烟脱除率达71.3%,NOx的脱除率为90.6%,HC和SO2等有害气体的脱除率均高于90%。对改性凹凸棒石粘土的净化机理进行了探讨。
Diesel exhaust gas was purified in a jet bubble reactor installed in the exhaust system of a diesel engine by an attapulgite clay solution, in which the diesel particulates, NO, and other contaminants were absorbed. The wetting property of diesel particulates was improved in the absorbent slurry, which has a colloid property and which catalyzes oxides. Thus the diesel particulates, NO and SO3 was removed. The efficient of NOx removal was improved by modifying the clay with rare earth elements. The results indicate that under the experimental conditions, 71.3% of the diesel particulates are removed, 90.6% of NOx is removed, and more than 90% of HC and SO2 are removed. The mechanism of the contaminant removal was investigated.
