关节镜下治疗胫骨髁间隆突骨折

Arthroscopic treatment of tibial eminence fracture

目的探讨在关节镜下治疗胫骨髁间隆突骨折的方法及疗效.方法对17例胫骨髁间隆突骨折患者在关节镜下进行复位并用钢丝内固定.结果随访6～18个月,平均9个月,17例骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间8周.按Neer膝关节评分标准:优12例,良4例,可1例,膝关节功能恢复良好.结论关节镜下复位钢丝内固定术,操作时间短、创伤小、并发症少,能够最大程度地恢复膝关节功能.

Objective To investigate the method and effect of wire internal fixation under arthroscopy for tibial eminence displaced fracture. Methods 17 cases of tibial eminence displaced fractures were treated bv reduction and wire internal fixation under arthroscopy. Results The follow-up ranged from 6 months to 18 months, 9 on average. The fracture healed and the mean bone healing time was 8 weeks. According to Neer＇ s knee joint function scoring system,the results were excellent in 12 cases, good in 4 and fair in 1. The function of knee joint recovered well. Conclusions The advantages of this method are shorter surgery time, less invasion, and with fewer complications. It can restore knee function to the greatest extent, and help for diagnosis and treatment of the associated injuries within knee joint.
