多发性掌骨或跖骨骨折AO微型钢板内固定

AO miniplate in the treatment of multiple metacarpal or metatarsal fractures

目的评估AO微型钢板治疗多发性掌骨或跖骨骨折的疗效.方法采用AO微型钢板内固定治疗9例第2～5掌骨或跖骨骨折患者.结果术后随访2～8个月,骨折均一期愈合,患掌指关节和跖趾关节伸屈功能恢复正常.结论多发性掌骨或跖骨骨折局部创伤重,畸形明显,对手、足部的外形和功能影响大,治疗中注重软组织肿胀因素和指(趾)血循环,骨折应解剖对位.采用AO微型钢板内固定治疗,配合术后早期功能锻炼,疗效满意.

Objective To evaluate the outcome of multiple metacarpal or metatarsal fractures treated with AO miniplates. Methods 9 cases of 2 - 5 metacarpal or metatarsal fractures were fixed with AO miniplates. Results Postoperative follow-up ranged from 2 to 8 months. Primary union was obtained in all cases. The function of flexion and extension ot metacarpophalangeal and metatarsophalangeal joints were recovered satisfactorily. Conclusions In multiple metacarpal or metatarsal fractures, the severe trauma and deformities could compromise obviously both the appearances and functions of hands and foots. It should pay attention to the soft tissue swelling and digital （ toe ） blood circulation in the course of treatment is mandatory, and anatomy reduction must be obtained. The rigid internal fixation with AO miniplates in combination with early rehabilitation can provide satisfactory treatment outcome.
