The prechopping technique for phacoemulsicication

目的:探讨超声乳化前碎核技术在白内障超声乳化术中的应用。方法:在超声乳化前利用碎核镊或劈核钩预先将晶状体核机械性分割成若干碎块,再逐个将碎块乳化吸出。结果:手术时间缩短,手术并发症减少。结论:超声乳化前碎核技术的应用可以使白内障超声乳化术更加简单、迅速、安全。

AIM： To investigate the applification of a new prechop- ping technique for phacoemulsicication. METHODS： The nuclei of 98 patients （98 eyes） were prechopped with a prechopper or two choppers and were divide into several sections before they underwent phacoemulsification with IOL implantation. RESULTS： The prechopping technique for phacoemulsicication can shorten the time and reduce the complications. CONCLUSION： The new prechopping technique for phaco made phacoemulsification easier, quicker and safer.
