视网膜震荡与挫伤17例临床分析

Commotio retinae and retinal trauma in 17 cases

目的:探讨视网膜震荡与挫伤的病理和诊断,分析其疗效和预后。方法:对17例视网膜震荡与挫伤患者的诊断、治疗、预后进行讨论。结果:视网膜震荡较轻,预后较好,而视网膜挫伤则预后差。结论:伤后早期鉴别视网膜震荡和挫伤比较困难,但视网膜灰白色水肿混浊伴有白色条纹即局部视网膜发生浆液性脱离,则提示血视网膜屏障破坏大,多为视网膜挫伤,预后差。

AIM： To analysis the pathology and diagnosis of commotio retinae and retinal trauma, and to evaluate the therapeutic effect and prognosis. METHODS： The diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of 17 cases with commotio retinae and retinal trauma were recorded and analyzed. RESULTS： The commotio retinae was less severe with good prognosis, but the retinal trauma had bad prognosis. CONCLUSION： It is difficult to distinguish commotio retinae and retinal trauma at the early stage after injury. The gray edema turbidity accompanied with white stripe means that local retinal serous detachment occurs, indicating sever blood-retinal barrier, mainly being retinal trauma with bad prognosis.
