摘要
目的:建立(conductivekeratoplas,tCyK)手术动物模型,为临床开展CK手术提供了实验数据和理论依据。方法:实验用猪6只,术前行裂隙灯检查,OrbscanII角膜地形图检查,DGH超声测量猪眼角膜中央和周边厚度,按CK手术操作常规建立CK手术模型。结果:猪眼角膜前后表面均成中央岛形,中央及周边厚度超过560μm,成功建立猪眼CK模型。结论:猪眼角膜与人眼形态结构相似,可以作为建立CK手术模型的动物。
AIM: To establish the animal model of CK and to provide the experimental data and theoretical foundation of CK clinical works. METHODS: Six experimental porcins (12 eyes) were examined by slit-lamp microscope, Orbscan Ⅱ corneal topography and DGH ultrasound. The model was established according to CK operation routine. RESULTS: The most common types of porcine corneas were island shaped, ones and the central and peripheral thicknesses were more than 560 μm. The model of CK was established successfully. CONCLUSION: Porcine cornea is similar to hominine cornea in form, which can be used to establish the CK model.
