高速公路护栏螺栓机械镀锌应用

采用快速活化工艺控制锌粉沉积速度，形成以面状沉积为主的沉积方式，对高速公路护栏板螺栓进行机械镀锌。经附着强度试验、中性盐雾试验、抗拉荷载测试等检测证明采用该工艺可以完全满足产品的力学性能和防腐性能要求，并可避免原传统工艺产生的各种弊端。
