企业购并整合中的心理契约

摘要 心理契约理论是目前国内外人力资源领域研究的热点。随着企业经济模式的转变和经济全球化的发展,员工和组织之间的心理契约发生了巨大变化。本文从员工期望的角度出发,对企业购并整合中的心理契约进行具体分析和阐述。
