摘要
针对嘉兴电力局220kV嘉善变电站1号主变压器上部及冷却系统为强迫油循环的潜油泵处渗油造成进水受潮的缺陷,实施了2种现场处理方法:热油循环真空干燥法和热油喷淋真空干燥法,并对2种方法的处理过程及效果进行了归纳、总结。实施效果表明:后者可以用于大型变压器进水受潮处理,避免了大型变压器返厂检修的麻烦,较前者更为理想。
According to wetting defect occurred in No.1 mare transformer of 220 kV Jiashan substation in Jiaxing Electric Power Co., two kinds of treatment on site were implemented: vacuum dry with hot oil circulating and vacuum dry with hot oil spray. The course of treatment and the effects for two methods were summarized. The implementing effects show that the vacuum dry method with hot oil spray can be used in large scale transformer to carry out the wetting treatment, and to avoid the trouble of large scale transformer to return factory for overhaul.
