摘要
介绍了华能北京热电厂分散控制系统TELEPERME系统中的AS220EHF自动系统。针对AS220EHF系统存在的不足,如锅炉保护控制程序与油枪点火程控设计在一起,当油枪现场信号发生故障时容易引起CPU故障,导致锅炉保护误动,缺乏全炉膛灭火和主燃料跳闸等保护,有些锅炉保护延时不合理等,实施了相应的改进措施(如修改了点火逻辑,增加油管泄漏试验,改变监视时间等),改进后系统运行稳定可靠,保护正确动作率迭100%,企业效益也大有提高。
This paper gives an introduction to the AS220EHF automation system in the TELEPER ME system of distributed control system on the boiler side in Huaneng Berg cogeneration power plant.in light of the short comings existing in AS220EHF system, for example,The protection-control program of boiler was designed together with the ignition program control of oil gun,when the failure occurred on the on-site signal of oil gun,the CPU failure was easily brought about,leading to the malfunctioning of boiler protection.Also the boiler lacked the protections from the extinguish of whole furnace and main fuel trip etc,and the protection time-delay of some boiler was irrational.For this reason,the corresponding improvement measures were implemented,for example,to alter the ignition logie, increase oil pipe leakage test,change monitoring time etc.After the improvement,the operation of system was stable and reliable,the correct function rate of protection reached 100% ,and the benefit of enterprise was greatly raised.
