摘要
目的探讨自体角膜缘移植在翼状胬肉治疗中的作用。方法采用胬肉切除并联合自体角膜缘移植治疗53例(56眼)初发性和复发性翼状胬肉,术后随访6月～24个月。结果随访期内仅有2眼复发(3.6%)。结论胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘移植是一种治疗翼状胬肉的简单、安全、有效的手术方法。
Objective To discuss the effect of pterygium excision with limbal autografts. Methods Pterygium excision with limbal autografts was adopted in 56 eyes of 53 cases and for 6 months to 24 months. Results Recurrences occurred in 2 eyes in the followed-up period （3.6%）. Conclusion Pterygium excision with limbal autografts is a kind of simple, safe and effective means for the threatment of pterygium.
