摘要
以三氯氧磷、间苯二酚及苯酚为原料合成四苯基间苯二酚二磷酸酯(RDP),通过单因素实验考察了原料配比、反应时间、催化剂等条件对RDP收率的影响,确定了合成RDP的适宜条件:三氯氧磷,间苯二酚与苯酚的摩尔比为6.7∶1∶4.04;缩合反应时间为3h,封端反应时间为4h,在该条件下,RDP的收率为87.3%.此外还就如何降低产品中磷酸三苯酯(TPP)的含量及原料三氯氧磷的回收再利用问题进行了研究.
The synthesis of Olygomeric Resorcinol Bis (diphenyl phosphate) from phosphorus oxytrichloride, resorcinol and phenol was studied in this paper. The effects of process parameters, such as molar ratio, reaction time and catalyst on the yield were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows: phosphorus oxychloride :resorcinol : phenol = 6.7 : 1 : 4.04 (molar ratio); the reaction time is 3 h and 4 h at the condensation stage and the capping stage, respectively. In additional, how to reduce the content of TPP in the product and the recycling of the unreacted phosphorus oxytrichloride were studied.
