高校办学筹资渠道的探讨

This article expounds that under the current market-based economy system colleges and universities have the following ways to raise money. That is, credit loans from the bank, money from the local budget and scientific research funds, tuitions and incidental expenses, training incomes, revenues from school-owned enterprises and donations from the society. It is pointed out that colleges and universities should set up the specialized branches for money raising, such as the organizations of alumni association and fund association. Colleges and universities should also make use of the existing assets, for example, we can set up joint-stock company by combining the school-owned enterprises. Under the trend of industrialization of education, colleges and universities will secure more supports from the enterprises. And we can also expand the channels of raising money by widely developing the international exchange and cooperation.
