Enhancing the Ability of Socialist Harmonious Society and Strengthening the Construction of the Governance Ability

《中共中央关于加强党的执政能力建设的决定》第一次把提高构建社会主义和谐社会的能力提升到党的执政能力这一高度,是对党的执政能力认识的一个新飞跃,也充分说明这一课题的重要性和紧迫性。我们应从党的执政能力建设的视角来考察提高构建社会主义和谐社会能力的必要性和对策。

Enhancing the ability of constructing socialist harmonious society was put to the height of enhancing the governance ability for the first time by the decision of the central committee of CPC about strengthening the construction of the governance ability. And this leads to a quantum jump in the cognition of governance ability of the Party, and also sufficiently indicates the importance and urgency of this subject. In this paper, the author illustrates the necessity and countermeasures of enhancing the ability of socialist harmonious society from the angle of governance ability.
