A Probe into the Human Resource Development in the Development of Yan'an Economy

延安的经济发展应该注重人力资源的开发,大力发展科技教育事业,改善人力资源状况,以求得跨越式发展。

To achieve a leap in the development of Yan＇an economy, stress should be put on the development of human resource, education and the improvement of the condition of human resources. Based on the analysis of the present condition of human resources in Yan＇an, the author suggests a few solutions to cultivate the human resources in Yan＇an.
