摘要
作者报告9例儿童孤独症病历,显示语言交流,相互社会交往及智力方面的障碍是本病最常见的临床症状。工作中与精神发育迟滞,耳聋、儿童精神分裂症及婴儿痴呆等病的鉴别诊断是很重要的。在年度儿童查体中应把儿童心理行为发育列为一个常规指标。
We report 9 cases of childhood autism which showed verbal communication-al,reciprocal social interational and intellectual impairment were the most common clinical manifestation. It was important to make differential diagnosis with mental retardation, deafness, childhood schizophrenia and dementia infantiles. It was recommended that assessment of child psychological and behavioral development should be included as a routine parameter in annual children health check up.
