随着我国市场经济体制的建立,人才的流动已成为正常的现象。如何在激烈的竞争中留住人才,是高校面临的重大课题。高校人事部门要顺应形势变化,转变观念,重视人力资源的开发,采取有效措施留住人才。
With the setting-up of the market economic system of our country, a fight for talents has already been fired in our country. How to retain staff in the fierce competition becomes an important subject for the western universities. Complying with the changing .situation, changing the old idea, and paying attention to the development of the human resources, the personnel department of Yan'an University has already taken effective measures to retain staff.
