摘要
以科学方法论为指导,将科研项目选题过程看作一个系统,把该系统模型的要素确定为对象、内容、目的、形式等,对这些要素进行系统的分析和综合,抓内容这个重点,整体优化,使之有效工作,功能优良。并举例说明。
Based on scientific methodology, the selection of scientific research projects topic is regarded as a systems. The factors in this system＇s model inclued object, content, purose and form, etc. Analyzing and synthesizing these factors systemically, we can find the content is the most important. It can optimize whole system. An example about how to selection scientific research projects topic is put forqard.
