Analysis on Achievements of Scientific Research Management in Universities

高校科技成果管理是科技管理工作中的重要内容,它既是对广大科研人员辛勤劳动的评价和肯定,又是对学校科技工作的全面总结,并能为新一轮科研立项提供及时的反馈信息,这对提高全校科研水平意义重大。结合笔者所在高校自身的成果管理经验,全面分析了高校成果管理中存在的一些问题,并在此基础上对高校成果管理工作机制进行了有益探索。

Achievements management is one important part of scientific research management in universities, it can not only summarize scientific research works in the earlier stage, but also provide timely and useful feedback information for new scientific research, the work is of momentous significance to raise the level of scientific research of the university. On the base of elaborating some beneficial expenence of achievements management in the university of authors, the paper analyses overally some problems in achievements management, and makes a beneficial explore on machine- processed of achievements management in universities.
