摘要
采用火焰原子吸收法(FAAS)建立一种简便、快速、准确的测定电子焊料中铁、铜、锌、镍、银等微量元素的检测方法,可同时对多种杂质元素进行检测,且元素之间的干扰少,检测的精度高,具有一定的推广和应用价值。
FAAS sets a simple, quick and precision method of measuring the trace elements, such as Fe, Cu, Zn, Ni, A1, Cd in soldering. They can be separately inspected by means of Flame Atomy Absorb Spectrum (FAAS). The method has the characteristic of practicality and can be popularized.
