摘要
在我国,物业管理行业虽然已初具规模,被越来越多的人所接受,但仍存在产权关系模糊、体制不顺、专业人才匮乏、物业管理市场发育缓慢、规模效益差、企业亏损严重等问题。只有通过建立适宜企业发展的新型有效的运行机制,加快人才培养,组建物业企业集团,实现市场化经营,我国的物业管理行业才能健康有效地发展。
In china, realty management has been accepted by more and more people and has taken shape in the past 20 years but meets many problems such as fuzzy relations between ownership and management of enterprises, tmsmooth system, lack of professionals, slow development of realty management market, poor scale merit and serious loss incurred in an enterprise. To improve the field effectively, a new valid system suitable for enterprise development should be built, talents training will be quickened, the realty enterprise group will be set up, market- oriented management will be carried out.
