在我国,物业管理行业虽然已初具规模,被越来越多的人所接受,但仍存在产权关系模糊、体制不顺、专业人才匮乏、物业管理市场发育缓慢、规模效益差、企业亏损严重等问题。只有通过建立适宜企业发展的新型有效的运行机制,加快人才培养,组建物业企业集团,实现市场化经营,我国的物业管理行业才能健康有效地发展。
