幼儿园营养教育效果初步评价 被引量:1

PRIMARY EVALUATION FOR NUTRITIONAL EDUCATIONAL EFFECT IN KINDERGARTENS

摘要 本文以北京市东城区两个幼儿园为对象,进行前瞻性实验对照研究。实验组对儿童、家长、幼儿园员工进行营养教育干预.对照组不干预。发现实验组儿童在体重、肥胖儿童数量、血色素等方面均较对照组改善,经统计学处理,差异有显著性。此外,实验组儿童不良饮食习惯得以纠正,膳食结构有了明显改善.表明:幼儿园开展营养教育是十分必要和可行的。 Based on the two kindergartens in East-city Distric of Beijing,the prospective nutritional educational interference had been studied in control growp. The nutritional education had been given to the children, parents and staffs in exprimental group. The study indicated that the baby weight,the number of obese child and the hemoglobin concentration had a significant defferences as compared with control group statisticaly. The improper dietary habits had been correeted, dietary construction had dramatically improved. The result indicated that nutritional education is very important and available.
