论我国民事诉讼中证人出庭制度的完善

证人证言是我国民事诉讼中法定的基本证据形式之一。最高人民法院《关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》规范了我国民事诉讼法所确立的证人作证制度,但仍有进一步完善之必要。

Testimony of witness is one of legal and basic forms of evidence. “Several rules on evidence in civil action” which was declared by People＇s Supreme Count has regulated this system in civil procedure law, but it still need further perfection.
