摘要
小诺霉素(MCR)是小儿常用的新型氨基甙类抗生素,其耳毒性迄今了解甚少.我们选择应用MCR的患儿,用脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)监测.结果显示:48例患儿用药前BAEP均正常,用药后其异常率为35.4%(P<0.01)。婴幼儿的异常显著多于儿童(52.9%比22.2%).结果表明MCR对小儿内耳听神经功能损害不少见。提示MCR对小儿的耳毒性不容忽视,婴幼儿应尽量少用.
Micronomicin (MCR) is a new aminoglycoside antibiotics of usual uses in pediatry, its ototoxicity has been known little up to now. We select patients using MCR for monitoring with brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) The results show BAEP of the 48 patients are normal before using MCR, the abnormal rate is 35. 4%( P <0. 01) after using it. The abnormal rate in the infants is more than tnat in the children (52. 9% : 22. 2%). The results show that the injury of MCR on inner ear antitory nerve of infants are found more often. All said above suggest the ototoxicity of MCR on the infants must not be ignored. So, infants should not be treated with MCR as less as possible.
