母乳中尿酸含量测定及其意义的探讨

MEASUREMENT OF URIC ACID IN BREAST MILK AND THE STUDY OF ITSSIGNIFICANCE

本文从抗氧化角度,对足月儿母初乳,成熟乳及早产儿母初乳进行尿酸含量测定。结果表明:足月儿母初乳尿酸含量明显高于成熟乳;早产儿与足月儿母初乳中尿酸含量无显著性差异。提示:尿酸作为一种抗氧化物质,可能在保护母乳多不饱和脂肪酸、使之免于自由基过氧化反应以及保护新生儿肠道粘膜完整性方面发挥重要作用.

Uric acidt an important antioxidant, was measured in the human milk of term child's mothers and pjreterm child's mothers. The result showed that the uric acid content in the colostrum of term child's mothers was significantly higher than that in the mature milk of term child's mothers and there was no significant difference between the colostrum of term child's mothers and that of preterm child's mothers in the level of uric acid. It was suggested that the uric acid in breast milk probably play very important roles in protecting polyunsaturated fatty acid in breast milk from lipid peroxidation and maintaining the integrity of intestinal mucosa in neonates.
