摘要
采用文献资料调研、逻辑分析等方法,界定体育保险欺诈的含义,研究体育保险欺诈的主要形式和特点及体育保险欺诈的构成,并提出防范体育保险欺诈的对策严格贯彻执行《保险法》及其他法律中的有关规定;完善体育保险条款,列明体育保险欺诈责任;加强体育保险的风险评估,提高承保质量;建立反体育保险欺诈信息数据库;建立科学的理赔程序,提高理赔人员的素质。
Through using the method of literature investigation and logical analysis, this paper defined the meaning of cheating in sports insurance, studied the major form, character and composition of cheating in sports insurance, put forwarded the countermeasure for preventing the cheating in sports insurance ,administrated strictly the related prescript in insurance law and other law, perfected the rule of sports insurance, listed the duty of cheating, strengthened risk evaluation, improved the quality of underwriting, established information database of anticheating ,constructed scientific project of claim and improved the quality of claim adjusters.
