摘要
通过文献资料调研、调查访谈、体育测量和统计等方法对我国男子排球后备力量进行研究。结果显示,我国不缺乏男子青少年排球后备人才的生源,排球后备人才的梯队建设已初见端倪并正在不断地完善。建议以青少年运动员为主,挑选组建第29届奥运会集训队伍,进行针对性训练。
In order to make better preparation for our volleyball in 2008 Olympic Games, this paper made investigation on reserve of our man＇s volleyball through using the method of literature ,interview, sports measurement and statistics. The result showed that our volleyball didn＇t lack of junior players. The construction of new talent players has continually perfected. It can effectively promote the sustainable development of our volleyball. It suggests that we should select junior players as Olympic team for 2008 Olympic Games.
