新生儿医源性高血糖症

THE INTROGENIC HYPERGLYCEMIA IN NEONATALS

医源性高血糖是新生儿高血糖症的主要原因之一.近10余年来的研究表明,高血糖不但引起新生儿代谢紊乱,而且增加其颅内出血的发生率及婴儿死亡率.本文对新生儿医源性高血糖的病因、发生机理及其对机体的损伤作一综述,并提出诊断治疗及预防措施,供临床参考.

The introgenic hyperhlycemia is one of the major reasons of neonatal hyper-glycemia. Having recently reserched for more than decade shows :hyperglycemia not only caused the metabolic disturbance of the neonatals, but also increased the incidence of the intracranial hemorrhage and the infanile mortality. It's discussed the cause and mechanism of introgenic hyperglycemia and the injury of it's to the organism. Furthermore, this paper proposes the methods of diagnosis treatment and prevention.
