The issue of learning strategies in network teaching is the precondition to content the students＇ need of individual independent learning. Combined with the theory of psychology and education etc, the research of learning strategy differences under the condition of network environment puts forward instructional strategies in this paper with the analysis of the type of the learner＇s personality traits. The research helps the teachers and students take the appropriate strategies according to their different personality traits. Besides, this research is a valuable attempt in the interdisciplinary of psychology, education and computer technology.
