摘要
目的了解潮汕地区心脏病患者与肠道病毒(EV)感染的关系。方法采用Hep-2细胞进行病毒培养,用微量中和试验检测中和抗体。结果从1058例心脏病患者的580份标本中分离出EV病毒72株,阳性检出率为12.4%,共分离出3种10个型别病毒。病毒型别分布及构成比为:柯萨奇B组病毒(CoxBV)48株(0.6666),其中1型20株、3型4株、5型24株;埃可病毒(ECHOV)13株(0.1806),其中24型5株,15型4株,27型2株,7型、14型各1株;新EV11株(0.1528),其中70型4株,71型7株。1058例患者血清检测EVCoxBV-1^-6型,ECHOV-7、-14、-15、-24、-27型,新EV-71型等12型中和抗体,阳性415例,阳性检出率39.2%〔(双份血清50.0%(91/182)〕、单份血清36.9%(324/876)。以上患者病毒分离和/或血清学阳性共464例,阳性检出率43.6%。其中,病毒分离和双份血清同时阳性23例。对照组520例中和抗体阳性82例,阳性率15.8%,患者组与对照组中和抗体阳性率经统计学处理,差异非常显著(χ2=71.291,P<0.001)。结论潮汕地区心脏病患者与肠道病毒感染有密切关系,感染的病毒型别有CoxBV1、3型,ECHOV-7、-14、-15、-24、-27型和新EV-70、-71型。
Objective To investigate the correlation between patients with heart diseases and infection of entero-virus in Chaoshan district. Methods The virus was cultured via cells of Hep-2, then micro-neutralizing test were used to detect the neutralizing antibody. Results Five hundred and eighty samples of 1 058 patients with heart diseases were used to isolate the different type of virus. Ten virus types of 3 kinds were isolated from 580 samples (12.4%). Virus infection included 48 cases of Coxsackie-B virus (0. 666 6,including 20 CoxB1,4 CoxB3,24 CoxB5) ,13 cases of ECHO virus (0. 180 6, including 5 ECHO-24,4 ECHO-15,2 ECHO-27,1 ECHO-7,1ECHO-14);11 cases of EV(0. 152 8, including 4 EV-70,7 EV-71 ). Neutralizing antibody types,CoxBV type 7, 14,15,24,27; FV-71).the was positive in 415 of 1 058 patients(including 12 positive rate was 39. 2%. Neutralizing antibody is positive in 82 of 520 samples in control group, the positive rate was 15. 8%. There was significant difference between the patients group and control group (P〈0. 001), Conclusion There is correlation between infection with entero-virus and patients of heart diseases in C'haoshan district. The types of infections virus were CoxBV-1,-3, ECHOV-7,-14,-15, 24,-27 and EV-70,-71 respectively.
