摘要
对偏心齿轮分插机构进行了理论分析,并在高速水稻插秧机分插机构试验台上采用高速摄影和视频图像处理技术,对分插机构的运动学特性进行试验研究,近而利用图像处理和分析技术对分插机构秧爪尖的运动轨迹、速度以及秧爪在整个运动过程中的角位移进行试验分析。
This paper analyzed the kinematic characteristics of separating-planting mechanism, and high-speed photography and image processing technique were used for studying the separating-planting mechanism to check the kinematic characteristics in the planting period. Three-dimensional dynamic investigation was performed to test the motion track, the velocity of the planting tine of the mechanism, the angle displacement of the seedling needle during rice seedling transplanting were analyzed.
