摘要
采用生长法工艺,通过选择适当的金刚石粒度、合理的组装方式和合成工艺参数以及独特的界面形状设计,在高温超高压条件下合成出了高品质的油田钻探用PDC。并介绍了样品的性能检测结果及制成钻头后在油田的试用情况。对样品进行扫描电镜观察,表明PDC金刚石层存在广泛的金刚石颗粒之间的交互生长,这是生长法合成的PDC的结构特征之一。其高品质通过性能测试和实地钻井试验得到了验证。
High quality PDC for oil drilling bits is synthesized by growing technique under the conditions such as high temperature and high pressure, proper diamond size, reasonable assembly way, reasonable synthesizing parameters and unique interface design. The results of the performance measure of the sample and the trial application of the drilling bits in an oil field were described. SEM images of the diamond layer of the sample show that there is an extensive intergrowth between diamond grains, which is one of the characteristics PDC synthesized by the growing technique. The high quality of the diamond composite has been proved by performance test and on-site drilling test.
