摘要 用机械合金化(MA)制备了一种以Mo为增强相的Cu Mo复合材料,研究了增强相的含量对复合材料抗拉强度、硬度、相对电导率及显微结构的影响。结果表明,Mo对于铜是一种有效的增强相,当Mo的质量分数为5%时,强化效果较佳,抗拉强度可达442.7MPa,相对电导率为79.2%。 A new Cu-based composite with pure metal Mo as reinforcement was prepared by mechanical alloying(MA). The effect of Mo content on the tensile strength, hardness, relative conductivity and microstructure of the composite was investigated. The results indicate that Mo is an effective reinforcement to copper. When the content of Mo is 5 wt %, good results can be obtained, such as tensile strength of 442.7 MPa and relative conductivity of 79.2%.
