摘要
研制了钎焊锌铝合金的Cd-Sn-Zn钎料、ZnCl2-NH4Cl-KF钎剂,研究了锌铝合金炉中钎焊及火焰钎焊的工艺参数,并使用TEM,SEM和XR-ay对钎焊接头进行了分析。结果表明,经优化的炉中钎焊工艺参数为:加热温度320℃、保温时间15min、钎焊间隙0.14mm。钎焊接头界面区出现了大量的硬质点相,Cd与Mg2Cu6Al5之间存在(102)Cd//(111)Mg2Cu6Al5,(220)Mg2Cu6Al5//(010)Cd,(224)Mg2Cu6Al5//(211)Cd的相结构关系,提高了接头的结合强度;界面区包含了母材和钎料中的所有物相且有一定宽度,界面区的Zn含量高且Sn分布均匀,表明钎料与母材发生了剧烈的扩散。
Cd-Sn-Zn solder and ZnCl2-NH4Cl-KF flux that suited to Zn-Al alloy are developed.Technical parameters of furnace soldering and flame soldering that used on alloy are investigated.Soldered joints are analyzed by TEM,SEM and X-Ray methods.Results show that by optimizing,the joints are heated at 320 ℃for 15 minutes and the distance of joints is 0.14 ㎜.There are some rigidity compounds in the interface zone of soldered joints and diffraction relationship between Cd and Mg2Cu6Al5 as (102)Cd//(111)Mg2Cu6Al5,(220)Mg2Cu6Al5//(010)Cd and (224)Mg2Cu6Al5//(211)Cd,which increase the bond strength of joints.Interface zones of soldered joints are wide and contain all the compounds of base metal and sold.Zn is high and Sn is equality distributed in interface zones.It proves that there are acute reactions between solder and base metal.
