摘要 为提高SA335P91钢的焊接效率,进行了P91埋弧焊和焊条电弧焊2种焊接方法的比较,并确定了P91材料埋弧焊的试验方案。通过试验,对P91埋弧焊的焊材选用、道间温度和热输入控制及焊后热处理进行了研究,确定了埋弧焊采用英国曼彻特和德国蒂森的焊接材料,采用正火+回火或整体回火工艺,解决了焊缝冲击吸收功偏低的问题,并在生产上得到应用,生产效率提高了2倍以上。 In order to improve the welding deposition rate and duty cycle of SA335P91 steel,in the paper,completion rates and time savings of SAW processes was compared with SMAW processes.A test programm for SAW processes was carried out.By the experiment,in the choice of welding consumables,interpass temperature,heat input and postweld heat treatment of P91 steel were researched.Finally,the welding consumables of Metrode and Thyssen were used in SAW processes,impact properties of weld metal can be achieved by using normalizing and tempering or tempering in furnace.The SAW process has been widely used in the factory,the manufacturing efficient has increased by 3 times the SMAW process.
